Buyer/Planner Supervisor
The Buyer & Planner Supervisor will supervise a team of Buyer/Planners and with this team is responsible for ensuring the continuity of supply to meet business demands while preparing advanced reporting and critical analysis for operations planning and management reviews. This role will involve reviewing alternative supply options, making recommendations based on available technology, processes, and cost reduction opportunities. The Buyer & Planner Supervisor will evaluate bids, qualify suppliers, negotiate prices, and provide meaningful, actionable data that balances demand and supply requirements. This position integrates financial and operational plans and requires previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, and data analysis. The role will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

In support of our service purpose and tasks, a BEGA Order Entry (OE) Specialist's role is to process new orders on time, and with zero defects, every time. The OE Specialist verifies that the ordering customer information, billing information, project and product details, and commission splits provided by our sales partners are received with all necessary information and entered with precision. As a member of the service team, the OE Specialist must always exhibit our core values; everything must be done with Quality as the driving force.

The Paint Finish Prep Assistant I position assists in all aspects of the finish process aside from painting/powder coating to ensure the on-time delivery of components that meet BEGA’s quality and performance standards. This includes, but is not limited to; material handling, surface preparation, and automated conveyor line duties such as part loading, part plugging/masking and part offloading. Finish Prep Assistants also help with masking parts for liquid paint and completed part inspection. The Finish Prep Assistant will work under the direct supervision of the Department Line Lead and in cooperation with other employees as part of a work team as well as individually throughout different production areas of the department.

A BEGA Sales Service Representative creates trust and confidence by turning each interaction over email, phone or live chat into an exceptional experience. The Sales Service Representative is responsible for the customer’s entire journey, from initial contact through client satisfaction. This person controls all aspects of order management, including but not limited to order entry, fielding technical questions, aiding in the product modification process, pricing and negotiation, conflict resolution, issuing and managing RGA’s, and general responses to representative needs. This position is focused on a specific region of North America and requires a high level of interaction with the Regional Sales Manager, as well as BEGA’s independent sales representatives within that region. As the front-line person to most of our customers and representatives, the Sales Service Representative must always exhibit our core values; everything must be done with Quality as the driving force.
